Do not buy from these people, they sent me the wrong products and will not reply to my many emails. A waste of time and money

It’s not what it described? Yes it looks the same but it doesn’t have a on/off switch and it has to be plugged in all the time to actually work? So it isn’t portable as the lead is only 3 inches long so can’t take it anywhere? We have emailed about refund but no reply

Item arrived in good order, however, the model did not match the advertised version exactly. Plus the usual instructions are in pseudo English.
